Smoked Turkey and Jarlsberg Salad

This is a great picnic or potluck salad and can be made up to 24 hours in advance. Honeycup Mustard is a favorite of ours. If it is not available, use another sweet and spicy mustard.

4-6 Servings











  • 1 Pound Deli Smoked Turkey
  • 1/2 Pound Jarlsberg Cheese
  • 3 Tablespoons Honeycup Mustard
  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 3 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley
  • 1/4 Pound Seedless Red Grapes
  • Trim any tough skin or casing from turkey slices. Cut into 1/2-inch-wide x 2-inch-long strips. Cut cheese to equal size.
  • Whisk mustard, mayonnaise and parsley together.
  • Add turkey, Jarlsberg and grapes to mustard dressing and serve.


    Lighten Up

    Substitute reduced-fat mayonnaise, reduced-fat turkey and reduced-fat swiss cheese.
