When you're talking seafood, freshness is the #1 concern. That's why we purchase our seafood from suppliers who fly in fish 7 days a week, from all over the world. And all of our suppliers are HACCP approved too.
Stop by our seafood counter and you'll find a wide variety to choose from. We've got salmon, trout, tilapia, swordfish, tuna, catfish, and cod...just to name a few. You'll find scallops, shrimp, mussels, clams and more. And if you're not looking for seafood of the fresh variety, we've also got smoked salmon, smoked whitefish sausage and premium canned crabmeat. If you don't find what you're looking for, please let us know-we take special orders too*.

We are proud to carry fresh sushi from Makkara. Specializing in nori maki (rolls) and nigiri, Makkara has been practicing their craft since 1996.
Busch's carries a variety of single serving trays everyday. You can also special order their beautiful catering trays at most stores.
