Busch's Fresh Food Market Sweepstakes – Official Rules
Please read these official rules carefully before entering. By participating, you agree to the terms outlined below.

This sweepstakes is sponsored by Busch's Fresh Food Market ("Sponsor").
Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the State of Michigan who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Promotion Period
This sweepstakes runs on a monthly basis beginning on January 1, 2026 and continuing until terminated by Sponsor. Each entry period runs from 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the first day of the month through 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the last day of the month.
How to Enter
Survey Entry
Eligible participants will receive one (1) entry into the applicable monthly drawing upon completion and submission of a qualifying Busch's customer survey associated with an eligible transaction receipt during the Promotion Period.
Entries are recorded based on the timestamp of completed survey submissions as captured by Sponsor's survey system.
There is no limit to the number of eligible entries submitted per person during the Promotion Period.
Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Required)
To enter without completing a purchase or survey, hand print your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

- Mail-in entries must be individually handwritten and mailed separately. Automated, bulk, photocopied, or otherwise non-handwritten entries are void.
- Mail-in entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the last day of the applicable calendar month to be eligible for that month's drawing.
- There is no limit to the number of eligible mail-in entries submitted per person during the Promotion Period.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant that Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, automated, abusive, or otherwise inconsistent with the intended operation of the sweepstakes.
Prizes
Each month, five (5) winners will receive one (1) Busch's gift card with an approximate retail value of $50.
Limit one (1) prize per person per monthly drawing.
Winner Selection
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about the fifth (5th) day of the following month from all eligible entries received during the prior calendar month, as recorded in Sponsor's survey system and mail-in entry logs.
Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification
Winners may be contacted using the information provided with their survey or mail-in entry. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or does not respond within a reasonable period of time, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
General Conditions
- By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters.
- Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the sweepstakes at any time for any reason, including fraud, technical failures, or abuse of the entry process. Sponsor may also revise entry procedures or anti-fraud controls prospectively to preserve the integrity and intended operation of the sweepstakes.
- Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, surveys, or mail.
- Void where prohibited by law.
