Why isn't this month's winner up?
Our survey winners have 14 days from the time we contact them to claim their prize. If we haven't heard from them after 14 days, then we draw a new winner for that month. The new winner then has 14 days to respond. Sometimes we even have to draw again!
We have a $250 Shopping Spree Winner each and every month, sometimes it just takes a little longer to get the prize into their hands. So fill out those surveys and next month's winner could be you!
